Unlike other agents in the business, my career focus is directed towards building and developing relationships first.  Agents who focus primarily on the end sale consistently fall short of buyer and seller’s expectations and will never gain further business from that relationship. My belief is that a happy client is one who is educated by their agent on the buying or selling process in the current market, is kept in constant contact on market trends, receives the best possible price for their investment, and is not pressured to close a deal if they are not 100% comfortable and confident in their decision.
