For the last three years I have worked as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser finding rental and purchase prices for new developments, condo conversions, and vintage units on all sides of the city. Through inspection of the property, the financial documents, and public and government records, I have concluded the market value of over 600 properties. I am a graduate from Johnson & Wales University with Honors, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.
Johnson & Wales is world-renown for its Culinary and Hospitality programs. I still enjoy making gingerbread houses and desserts for friends and family while working in Real Estate, my other passion.

Experience:

For two years I have worked in sales for Magellan Development, one of the premier high-rise developers in the City of Chicago assisting in sales and selling residential condominiums pre-construction.

I have appraised industrial buildings, warehouses, office towers, parking lots, and a variety of retail properties within the Chicago area and around the mid-west. I continue to write appraisals on a free-lance basis.
